Shipping Region
Shipping only within the United Kingdom, with an exclusion of Northern Ireland.

Shipping Time
These are the shipping options to choose from:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48® - Approx. delivery 2-3 business days
• Customer Pickup - Local Pickup in Cambridge, United Kingdom or at a market that I am vending at. Message me via the "Contact Us" form to arrange a date.

Communication
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation email. You will receive an additional email once your parcel has been dropped off at the post office. If you would like to receive updates via text (sent by Royal Mail), please fill in your phone number at checkout.

Processing time
The majority of chains are made to order and will take up to 10 days for preparation. Quite often less time is needed, especially if they are already made unique items. Please take this into consideration when ordering. If there is urgency let me know at checkout and I can see what I can do.
